There are so many questions that patients have with regards to their personal health insurance benefits when scheduling their initial appointment.

Health Insurance Benefits:

We will contact your insurance company as a courtesy for you while you are here in our office. We highly recommend for you to be familiar with your policy and benefits prior to your initial visit. It is crucial for you to bring your most current insurance card to your first visit.

Most patients with chiropractic coverage have either a co-payment or an annual deductible, both of which are due at the time of service. In cases where the deductible has not been met, we collect our cash rate at the time of service, and will bill any remaining balance once the claim comes back from insurance. These amounts are pre-determined by your insurance company and is an agreement between you (the patient) and your insurance company.
